Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026. By engaging AureloFlow for services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
AureloFlow provides custom website design, development, branding, and digital optimization services. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project agreements or statements of work before work commences.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. AureloFlow retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies used in delivery
- The right to display completed work in our portfolio
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may result in work suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability
AureloFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
